Lyn reports that we beat Pangbourne by 5 wickets last Sunday.  They scored 162, had 2 or 3 nice bats but Nick Turner​ kept it tight and took wickets right to the end.  Woody then opened and scored 70+ and the boys batted around him. We're pleased to say that there's going to be a tour to Bristol and Devon between 10th & 12th July, organised by Cormac.  First match on the Friday is a 20:20 versus our old friends, the Treasury Valuers. Andy H

Waiting around in the rain at Purley yesterday, we decided to start the Whitchurch-on-Thames Cricket Club Facebook Group . All welcome. We're still tweeting occasionally - join us here. It didn't stop raining, which was probably lucky for us!

We won by 3 wickets on a pitch that was really difficult to bat on and after bowling the oppo out for 82.  It took us 37 overs to get home.  Everybody batted well against an excellent attack where the ball was doing loads; straight bats and patient. Lyn
